CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 35% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within the allowed time frame will not be charged. This policy is in place to respect our providers’ time and to allow other clients the opportunity to book. Thank you for understanding and supporting our business.
